Pre-Sale Specialist

Main Job Purpose:

Generate the assigned sales target through generation of sales orders, following-up on the collection due amounts, reviewing the customers’ stock…etc. while maintaining the customers’ engaegement and reporting the market dynamics to the sales supervisor.



  • Generate orders on daily basis through conducting visits to the customers based on the journey plan set by the route market in order to achieve the sales target.
  • Review the sales orders against the standard stock through regularly reporting the customers stock to ensure compliance
  • Collect the due amounts from the customers in compliance with the customer aging report sent by the sales supervisor to ensure timely collection
  • Execute the sales fundamentals (Distribution, shelving, pricing and merchandising) within the assigned group of customers

Improvement & potential:

  • Generate ideas and initiatives and discuss them with the sales supervisor in order to improve the performance of the customers
  • Report the market dynamics, competition activities, competitors pricing to the supervisor through market visits to ensure clear communicate to the market situation
  • Search for new customers in the market through capitalizing the market surveys, regular visits and personal connections in order to identify incremental sales opportunities

Customer activities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationship with the customers through gathering feedback, conducting visits…etc. to ensure customers’ engagement
  • Review and confirm with the customer the monthly financial statement including the stock and collection status to ensure compliance

Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
